I just bought new tires on the back of my raptor 700r but instead of 20/10/9 there 20/11/9. My question is where is the speedometer getting its reading from is the bigger tires going to throw off my speedometer?
Thanks

Nope, they are just an inch wider, they are still 20" tall.

Yup! Your speedo will not be effected because the circumference of the tire is the same so the only thing being changed is that the width by one inch... At higher speeds it will be different though (VERY SLIGHTLY, may not even change...) because the width is now ballooning inwards but you shouldn't tell a difference. Quick answer: NO WORRIES YOUR GOOD :p!

+1 on the speed should be on the front since if it was on the back and you hit the gas then its gonna go up real fast. So to keep it reading the right speed they should have put it on the front. Of course it won't help you if your doing wheelies but thats where it should be.
