Hi everyone I'm new here and recently bought a raptor 660.

I am in the process of cleaning the carbs right now.*

Currently the air box has half of the lid, however I am installing a pro design foam filter with billet adapter and will be running with the equivalent of 3/4 box (enough to mount everything and a little extra for water protection. *I have the stock exhaust and no engine mods that I know about ( the guy I bought it from said it was all stock). *

I have read through both of these posts*

My problem is that I can't seem to fine anything that suggests what size main jets to install for just the air box mod. All of the jettings have at least the air box and exhaust.

I just ordered some #25 pilot jets.
I ride at an elevation between 1000ft and 1500ft above sea level. What size mains do you all suggest?*

Thanks in advance for the help.

I would say 150/155 or 155/160. When i first got my raptor i had the dealer put on a gytr intake kit and they jetted it with 25 pilots and 155/160 mains. I ended up jetting it down a little bit because it was to rich but that was at 5000 elevation. Hope this helps good luck. =)

You will need #25 pilots, aftermarket needles and 155 and 160 mains...........
the air box mods govern the jetting much more then the engine or exhaust..........as long as you dont have a 3 plugger, then this is way too rich...........
