Got a 2001 raptor 660 and for some reason its gets no power i put a new battery,new key switch,cdi box,voltage regulator,stator and cleaned then connecters and grounds.If i jump the starter solenoid it turns over but no dash lights or headlights.

Welcome to the forum!

1) have you checked the fuse on top of the solenoid? Only one is used the other spot is for a spare.
2) look for 12V on the red wire at the key switch.

Man you have spent a crap load of money throwing parts at a problem that is either just a missing or blown fuse, a bad wire or bad switch.

Get a multi-meter or test light and we'll walk you through the steps to find the problem and kill it!

Here's a copy of the wiring diagram (the attached PDF is higher resolution) - again, ask for help if you need it.

Fixed a few wires and now it won’t stop turning over
