Its the starter relay. Is your battery dead?

Either a bad battery or a bad connection at the battery posts, try cleaning the battery connections first and try again, dismantle clean and reconnect...........

Agree with all - the buzzing is because voltage at the starter solenoid drops too low to keep the contacts closed - and the solenoid buzzes as it closes, opens, closes the contacts over and over. As others have said, this is usually due to bad battery, or most likely dirty/loose/corroded battery connections.

Remove, clean all mating surfaces with wire brush, then reassemble using wrench to tighten.

If this doesn't do it, then wiggle your battery cables to determine whether they are corroded near the lugs, and check battery condition.
