I was spinning the rear tires on the stand in nuteral and when I would stop the tire with my hands it sounds like there are pebbles rolling around on the inside of the tire and you can feel the vibration from it. It does not sound like water but actually pebbles???????? Am I missing something hear or losing my mind.

little bits of rubber most likely, though it's not unheard of to have small stones pass by the bead if you have run the tire very low or have a bad seal. Don't worry about the rubber, it's common.

Factory yamaha tires have some chunks of rubber in them. I dont knwo what they are for or why they are in there but I am guessing you still have the factory dunlop tires.

dirt that gets in there will mash together and make little balls. i had the same thing and when my tire was changed they were still in there.
