you don't have an o-ring assortment? why buy one online when you could go to a local auto parts store?
You know, I didn't even think about going to the auto parts store and picking up an assortment. Wow, that was a huge brain fart on my part. LMAO.

I dont know if the part store would have a high temp viton o ring. I wouldnt use a regular black rubber o ring.

The oil is probably 200+ deg.

That and the viton o ring is safe to use with petrolium products.

It just so happens that I am able to get an unlimited supply of viton based o rings for pratically nothing. I have about 7 different sized o rings to try and I will report back with my findings.

O ring I am using is good till 500+ degrees and solvent applicable. They are used in mostly gas tanks and dry sump oil tanks.
