so i changed mine out cause it sounded like it had already went.... clunking when tring to start and making a weird zinging noise. found out that it did completely go but it definately needed replaced. i followed the sticky and had it done in no time. well 2 hours and 15 minutes to be exact. with the right tools it was a breeze..... always remember to put the washer back on that goes behind 52 tooth starter gear so you dont have to take everything back apart after you already have everything torqued down  . that was the extra 15 minutes that it took me along with not having air tools.

raptor starts much better and no more clunking and grinding.
