Went to some local trails today. We had a good ride, no injuries or breakdowns! One of the guys gashed a tire and bent an a-arm but that is all.
Picture #1 is a LOOOOONG whoops section that is just a blast. My friends are in the distance if you look close. Where they are at it turns to the right and goes about that much further!
Pictures 2, 3, and 4 are what i like to call the hillbilly dunes. Haha
Pic 5 is the typical missouri trail

Im just jealous because my state doesnt allow atv's on the street. Well, its kind of a grey area. They will allow it for "agricultural use" if you have one of those big orange triangles on the back and you cant go over 30 mph. So stupid

But yes, its a sweet video blacksupra. I know you have some time in making it. Good job!

Never had the opportunity to ride in sand. I suppose you have to have the paddle tires right?

Are some of the dunes hard to climb like a steep hill?
My first time in a sandbox was 2017. Ive always loved riding but never wanted to drive that far for a weekend ride. My buddy was in a rough patch so we went just to try to get his mind in a better place. It was so AWESOME, now we are always trying to make time to go back. Definitely put a big sandbox on your bucket list, and check it off ASAP.

Hard to climb? Not on a raptor...

Something has pissed my Raptor off (suspect is is all the mud). Last month ran me over down a hill, now bucks me into a tree. I take care of this thing real good. If you want some entertainment, first couple minutes of this video has the details.

You are nuts.

Where is princess doggo?
For sure. You have already been in trouble before for posting pics without the dutchess. You know better...

Little sahara, waynoka oklahoma, again! God, i f-ing love that place! It was hot as hell this weekend so not many other riders and the sand was in great shape. Rappy wanted to run a little warm, but i still let her eat...lol. If you like to ride and have not been to a sandbox, GO. ASAP. My crappy phone pictures do not do it justice, you cant see any depth. Just go man....

He loves it, think he'd sleep with it if he could ;) When his buddies come over the first place they head out to is the shop so he can fire it up. I've ridden it quite a bit, revs quick and slides very nice. I like the reverse actuator being on the bars so you don't have to reach down to the fender, you don't notice how much of a pain that is until you don't have to do it. Doesn't have the arm pulling power of the 700, but the thing hauls ass through the woods. We like to push the limits as far as speed goes here and there and it keeps right up. You can ride it harder and not overpower the corners like you can on the 700 which is fun. But I won't be trading either of my Raptors for one, I'll just ride his :)
Well said. Did you ride it long enough to notice that the seat is hard as a board? Man, the 700 is like sitting on a pillow in comparison! About the reverse, i dont know if you have been following 6packs 2020 se trail build thread, but there are a couple options for modifying the raptors reverse engagement to make it like the kfx. And about that first thing you said, never underestimate a youngsters enthusiasm! maybe just leave it as a "dont ask, dont tell" situation!

Rear tires on the 18 are almost done already. Gonna have to spend more time on the 19 and 20. Helped out some people who got lost and spent the night in the middle of nowhere. They were lucky the fire shut down the area I would have been riding and was out where I rarely go. They were down to 1/8th of a tank and looking pretty grateful to find someone. Where they were it could have been a long wait or a longer walk. I always wonder why would you just head out into the middle of nowhere with no map and no idea of where you are going... The tree with roots dangling down the cliff side is awesome. I love all the pics you post, we dont have that kind of scenery here in the midwest. Keep up the great photography work!
