So I took the raptor out (not complete but enough to run her)

noticed after a short ride oil pissing everywhere...

well I took things apart...

The front sprocket is on its way out... the chain measured and tested fine. and the rear sprocket is ok....

when i bent the retainer ears off i could pull the nut off... the threads are cleaned right out... never seen that before

this looks like previous carnage

the gasket looks to be pressed in far...

I am going to order a new gasket... new nut... then hope that once its all torqued in place that it no longer leaks...

anyone have any thoughts on this?

does it look like the case is beyond screwed in the top left of the picture where the output shaft gasket seats???

It just looks to me that I need a new gasket and to torque the nut in there properly

Remove the sleeve which slides over the splined shaft. There is an oring between it and the shaft. Change it also. Check for wear on the sleeve. :)
