can you remove the spring on stock 660 front pogos i want to spray the springs on the front and back white or black..........my back one is white the fronts are yellow

unfortunatly no, they are not re-buildable , I just looked at an old pair I have and you would need to try and mask everything off (stuff newspaper or something between the coils) or shock covers! I might have a old pairs of them for the fronts lying around you can have if you want..

I would think you'd be able to remove the springs if you back the preload all the way up, compress the spring then remove the retaining clip on the bottom of the shock...but I am not 100% sure on the pogos.

Yea their not like the piggybacks, or the 700 non-piggybacks, to set the pre-load you need to twist the pre-load ring and it steps up or down in a notch, it doesn't have that clip on top like the 700 pogos, so the ring can't drop off past the notch.
