Stand my Raptor and my wifes Honda TRX 400 EX on thier tails with the fuel off , will fuel leak into the air cleaner box? Thanks

a little will but its not going to hurt anything cuz the fuels off no fuel oging into the carbs then so i say go for it

You can drain your carbs before you flip the bike, and that will prevent the small amount of fuel from going into your filter.

Careful on transporting (try to avoid the big craters in the roads), without fuel in the bowl, the float can be knocked out of alignment and need adjusting.
