Im changing my engine Coolant.. I drained all the coolant... and I added new stuff to the coolant bottle on the end? then i started it for 15 mins... I shut it off.. But theirs just as much as engine coolant in the bottle as thier was befor? Do i have to fill the RAD up with coolant too? or???

You need to fill the radiator first.
You wreck stuff otherwise.
Coolant recovery bottles work by drawing coolant into the radiator after the radiator is heated and then cools. It's the cooling that creates the vaccume to draw the coolant into the radiator.

so just put the coolant in the rad to the scew cap?

Fill the radiator first, close the cap and start the bike for a minute or so. Then turn it off and refill. Repeat process until coolant level is correct. Then fill the recovery bottle.

LOL !!! Thats funny!!! Invest in a clymer manual if ur gonna work on ur bike.
