Hi, I have an 08 raptor 250, It has been bogging down when i give it some throttle. Iv'e cleaned the carb multiple times and rebuilt it a couple times but still no luck

It is running lean as well not sure why it is though, If anybody knows why it bogs down under pressure please tell me.
