Raptor 660/686 Electrical Issue, Any help appreciated!

Hey guys i have an 02 raptor with the 686 kit and finally got it running. It would not crank over just spinning the starter, after messing around with connections i found the issue. If i move the starter solenoid around/squeeze conncections starts up in 1 second. I though the issue was the solenoid so i replace it today and still same issue so i thought maybe the plug from the harness had bad connections. I took the pins out of the plug and put new on end adn put each wire to its the correct terminal on the solenoid and still nothing. Curious if anyone has had this issue, dont know if my harness got water in it or if the ECM is bad. Seems like a bad connection somewhere. It would start with old soleniod but the contact from the hot side fell off thats why i replaced, any help or suggestions would be great thanks.
