Hey hey,

just bought my kids a used raptor 90, they’re having a blast but im noticing very loud grinding noises from the transmission. It sounds like there’s a bearing problem. Looking to get my hands on the service manual.

Thank you, i took the transmission apart and found 4 corroded bearings. It appears previous owner drove atv through water and it sat there for a long time. I already removed the corroded bearings, cleaned up the shafts and ordered new bearings. I’ll probably creat a youtube video on the repair.

Here is the damage, im replacing the corroded bearings but decided against replacing the corroded gear since it can be cleaned up and these little atvs should not overstress these gears even one that has been as corroded as this one.
