I seem to have goasted my 2002 raptor 660 into the snake river outside the palisades reservoir back in September to ran at idle for 3/4 mile into the water. I looked for it for 20 days dredging tohe botton with automobile magnets, home made treble hooks, kayaks and jetskis . On the 21st day my buddy called and said he spotted my raptor in the river. We met up and took three four wheelers and geared up.

Here it is 6 miles from where I lost it.

After the retrieval

The whole engine was full of fine silt. I have been rebuilding it for 4 months now. Almost got it done

I think after that many days I would have sold it for parts. All the wiring, electronics, bearings are going to be one failure after another. You have much more determination than I do

I agree I would've sold it , and than picked another Raptor.
