10W40 4-stroke oil. Yamaha recommends 50/50 coolant mix (meaning 50% anti freeze 50% distilled water) K&N filters are cheap enough to pick up at autozone or order online, I recommend getting one with a torque nut on it as it makes it easier to take off.
