Raptor won't start with PC6 hooked up to Ingnition coil

Hi guys.
I have no clue on what's going on here.

I have a 2009 Raptor 700 and I installed a power commander 6. After a short ride it showed code 33 and it won't start anymore. But.. If I disconnect the 2 timing cables from the pc6 that go to the coil it runs perfectly with the OEM connection (the fuel control part of the pc6 also works great).

I connected the cables as the pc6 manual says, green (pc6) to orange (quad) and red (pc6) to red/black (quad).

I also measured my coil and the primary coil has the correct ohm measure (4.2 ohms). However, I see an Open Loop (OL) value in my multimeter when measuring the secondary coil as the manual states. I don't understand how the quad runs WITHOUT the pc6 timing connected if the coil is bad.

Either I'm not measuring correctly or I'm missing another detail. Can you please shed some light on this?

Thank you !

Update: somehow I was reading it wrong. The secondary coil resistance is 12.9kohms which is right in spec according to Yamaha's service manual (10.4 - 15.6).

So.. The problem here is the pc6 timing cables. Anyone having that experience and getting code 33?
Did you ever figure this out I also have same readings from coil and bike will not stay running

I assume the wires from the PC6 are ok and haven't gotten snagged on pulled while running to the coil? I've got a PC5 with timing on my 09 and have done since 2010, never had any issues. Is it not red/white from PC, rather than just red? Just looked at mine and it's Red/White, but PC5 and PC6 could be different. I can confirm mine is wired the same as yours but onl difference is the red Vs red/white wire.
Maybe a stupid question, but you did connect the wire from the PC6 to ground yea?

Not yet, I'm trying to get to an official Dynojet dealer to see what they say.

Yes sir, the ground is connected and I'm getting readings from the fuel module in the app while running the quad without the timing cables connected.

I think so? Is there a way I can check continuity/resistance on the PC6 without tinkering with it too much?

There probably is, but I wouldn't know what values you would be looking for or where to measure to and from. Code 33 got me worried, but I assume the code disappeared when you disconnected the PC6? It could be a coil on its way out, I have heard, or read, that when they get hot they fail and can throw a code 33. Might be just coincidence that it happened when you disconnected the timing cables. Or does it not start at all with them connected now?

Nope. I'm 100% sure it's the PC6, like it doesn't send some signal to the coil when I put its cables in the middle and the ECU complains. I tried it cold/hot, and as soon as I connect the PC6 timing cables, is fails. The second I disconnect them, the quad works perfectly.

I'm wondering if it can be a software/map thing, or I should RMA the PC6.

Could be a software or map glitch. You could try putting PC6 back the factory settings and go from there

Can you please share the steps to reset it?
Not 100% sure if PCV and PC6 will be the same, but mine, connect usb from PCV to Laptop, open up DJ software and under environment options there should be an option to reset power commander.

Can you please check my post out, seems like you would be able to assist me
