What is going to happen if I use 5w-40oil in the raptor700

short term, nothing.
long term, probably wear out the clutch faster than normal.

reg oil is ok short term or if you just need to add a little if you're low; I would not run it long though.

No harm in 5-40, so long as it’s a wet clutch compatible oil.
