Hey Everyone,

So I'm almost done helping my buddy rebuild his 660. One of the last things he needs to get it going now are sprockets and chain. The chain part is easy, the sprockets I'm not sure what would be the best front and rear sizes.

For what is done to the bike:

673cc displacement with 11:1 piston (I forget the over bore size anymore to get it to be 673, I just know that's where it is at)
05 Transmission
Yoshimura full exhaust
Open airbox (lid removed).

That's all that is really done to it now engine wise. I'm just looking for recommendations for front and rear sprocket sizes that will give the bike good overall performance and use of the power.

Thanks

What size tires and what kind of riding. Stock is 13/40, I have ran 12/40, 12/42 and 13/42 and stuck with the 13/42 with 20 inch haulers.

Does that 44 tooth sprocket clear your swinger skid or are you not running one?

Im runnin a skid plate and no the sprocket doesnt clear. Had to put small spacers in. If you look close at my sig pic you can see the small gap between skid and swinger still works fine.
