I don't have the tool to hold it so I used a impact wrench and no luck. You guy's have any tricks to get the nut off? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm surprised it won't come off with an impact. Buy the clutch holding tool, you'll need it to torque the bolt back on to 58 ft-lbs.

An old trick I have used is to take a penny and wedge it between the gear on the clutch basket and the driven gear on the underside of where the gears mesh together. The copper is soft enough not to damage the gears, yet it will stop the crank from spinning counter clockwise, so you can remove the nut.

When you go to reinstall the nut and torque it to spec, just insert the penny on the top side of where the gears mesh to hold the crank from spinning clockwise.
