I have a couple of local shops that can do it for me, it's not the kind of thing I typically worry about sending to a builder across country.

I think I get charged 40-50 bucks, but prices of 80 aren't out of line.

All I know is that it is cheaper than when I did my sled a 5 years ago. Fing ported twin cylinders. I should of put the V-max 800 in at that point:)

will know more tomorrow after I take it to work and mic it out after work. Would go tonight but Bud Light would not give me a good reading, LOL. If it is still within specks, taper and out of round wise, I might do a light hone and get a piston, 11:1.

I hope i dont have to send it out. will know more when I mic it all out. It is just a habit from from when I raced boats and snowmobiles. I just check on prices and hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Well it came out to bore diameter of 102.089mm. Looks like I will be running it till it wears out.

Thanks NateDiggity.
