My bike bogs slightly at full throttle. 05 660, Pro Design foam, ProCircuit T-4 Slip on, Freez intak

My bike runs awesome at all throttle settings except 3/4 to full throttle it has a slight bog. I have no pop on decel and I still need to use the choke on cold mornings. I just got back from Glamis elevation 100ft above SL.

I'd guess you need to lean it out since it's a t-4 slip on, but I'd try both and see which way it gets better. ;)
