Anyone ever seen this? Has me a little worried as to what's going on in there.

Looks fine, the bolt was like that when it was made.
The crank journal doesn't come that close to it anyway. I have a magnetic drain plug that is longer than the stock drain bolt, and it does not contact anything inside the engine.

I was thinking more along the lines of little metal shavings getting a tossed around. Maybe from the new clutch. Probably worrying too much but thought I'd see if anyone else had ever seen this

Metal shavings are normal, new clutch or not. Shavings are from piston rings and transmission gears, all metal on metal contact, etc., and the drain bolt has nothing to do with any of it.
This is a normal amount of metal shavings during an oil change, and the magnet shows how much longer the drain bolt can be and still not contact internal engine parts.
