What PSI are you referring to? Tire PSI? Unless you are running air shocks you shouldn't have a PSI to worry about with the shocks...

What stuckey was trying to say, is there is a sticky in the how-to section. Check it out and it will give you all or most of the answers.

The valve stems on the bottom of the reservoirs.
You won't be messing with that. It is for professional shock builders to service them.

X2 and they don't put air in there, it's a mix of oil and nitrogen.
