Hey guys thanks in advance for reading my post. Start out I have a 2006 raptor 700 with Je 11:1 Piston with stage 1 hotcam motoworks FMI and duel DMC exhaust... last year I blew head gasket and milled the head to specs added kibble white studs with cometic gasket kit. Last year my coolant reservoir was over flowing and boiling how i noticed i had problems. This year I see very very very light mist coming out of my tail pipes . I know I'm running rich too. So my question is am I running rich causing the very very very light mist or can it be I'm burning coolant again?

You might be dealing with a coolant issue. Might have to replace the gasket but use an OEM, not Cometic.

Morphrider thanks for the input. If it's running rich do you ever see coming out of the tail pipes?

When I start it up cold it's Gray/white not heavy then goes way quick . When I Rev it its not white but almost clear so light can't tell color . I literally put my nose into the exhaustI can't smell anything. My buddy said im over thinking it. My buddy has been wrong before

Yeah it does. It's a different smell when it starts . But when warm it's not a sweet smell

Nope its most probably a coolant issue . New gaskets! Fresh coolant too. I would hope.

Get a small bottle of Redline fuel system cleaner. Works great! Use in both my Yamaha sport quads.. & 2 - Suzuki RM 2-strokes. Got from. Motosport.com but maybe Amazon has it too .
