Just got back from a weekend of riding. Took my portable gps to see what kind of speeds I was hitting. I have Lte duals with a trinity fuel programmer and a k&n intake with the lid off. On one of the long straight roads going through Lucerne Valley, Ca I opened her up and the gps says 85.1mph.

My stock speed (stock, i mean..everything stock) was @ 80mph. My girlfriend clocked me with a radar gun; I believe the calibration was correct....

My trail tech said 79.6 stock.. I believe it is about 3mph off though. so probably around 76.9mph.. Not stock wheels.. I have holeshots with itp rims. Not sure if that would make that much of a difference

Its obvious to all that is a [email protected]$$ drag bike. With what you have done I have no problem believing 108 on that monster. My question is do you strictly drag with the bike or is that your everyday cruiser too? And if so how do you like the 770 for everything other then racing? Thanks for the info, its helps when your talking to someone that is riding the mods your thinking about.

Thx, man ya its a coo bike. I mostly strictly drag but i dont really cruise aorund only sometimes rarely. other than racing i still like the thing, it is a monster in the sand and especailly on street tto if u use the right tires. When i was on a 1 mile straight away, i topped out at 116 and that was with the speed spensor NOT disconnectted, its in the shop right now but i promise to have pics up of it by next weekened or week sometime. sorry for the hectic you guys, just had to tell you.

79 miles with a trinity full exh, trinity efi, kn filter without the lid on a straightaway. clocked with a car riding next to me
Sounds like you got the stock gearing on there try a 36 rear. That sould put you in the 83 or so. When I had that set up I would do 83 with the 36 rear sprocket and me being 250lbs.

a stock 700 will do around 75mph. A stock quad with the speed sensor removed wont change too much.
A 3-modded 700 will do low-mid 80's. A 3-modded 700 with the sensor unplugged will do upper 80's, possibly touch low 90's....depending on setup.
Motor modded 700's...who knows. The gearing will be the limit most likely, as they WILL have the power to pull maximum gearing potential.
