SO i ordered the misfit widening kit 4.5" durablue axle, New axle bearings, swingarm bushing kit, front bushing kit, steering stem kit. New chain, new sprokets new clutch.

Bike has currently TI force FULL EXH, Billet pro intake, Dynojet jet kit, tuned for 13.5 afr at WOT.

I been thinking of building the motor, but i love how reliable the bike is now. But its always nice to have a little bit more power!

What would be the best motor upgrades for the buck that keep it reliable?

High comp piston, oem crank? Stroker crank?

How far should one go? I see alot of people who mod them and regret it later wishing they kept motor stock.

Any input is appreciated!

Good start so far. Just make sure you dont PC those upper a-arms and remove those lower ball joints from the lower a-arms. The upper a-arms have a derlon bushing and when heated to 400* it melts/disforms and eventually the ball joint will give out.

itll be reliable if you dont go too extreme with the engine work.
you could always send your head to willy for some 3 plug action

Small bore 11:1 piston, stage 2 cam and springs, HR oem replacement crank or barker/HR 4mm stroker.

Or leave it alone and upgrade when it needs it.

^ what he said.
just dont go to a 105 bore with a +8 crank with a high comp piston and expect reliability...
do it mild with quality parts and keep it serviced.. should be very reliable
