I was combing through the Yamaha Motors Canada Web site and ran across a sport fairing for the Raptor. I'm intrigued. Does anyone have a full-length picture of a Raptor with it on?

I've kinda been looking at these. Made for bikes, they're supposed to strap onto the forks, but they could probably be made to work. Gives you some wind deflection AND some extra light.

I was thinking the Yamaha one because it appears to be designed to fit the Raptor and has a lockable storage compartment. It looks potentially cool too, like it would make my '06 SE look pissed off instead of just angry.

Ah. I did a search for fairing instead of windshield.
As for the fairing - well, not what I was thinking it would be. I thought it would sit lower, kind of an extension of the hood versus another hood-type thing.

Ugh. Same here. It might be functional, (maybe, sorta) but it's not very attractive.
I guess now we know why Yamaha doesn't show you the whole machine in their pic.
