If I turn my handlebars all the way to the right the rim hits the lower A-Arm... What would cause this?

Misalignment
Bent Rim
Bent tie rod
Bent pitman arm
Bad tie rod end
Bent a-arm

And maybe a few more things I've forgotten.

Would this bend really affect anything?

Is the pitman supposed to be bent like that?

Pittman arm looks fine, the ends connected to it look ok. The right side tie rod looks like it may have a small bow in it but that could just be an optical illusion from the picture and the bent a-arm.

What you need it do is put a straight edge on the back of that a-arm tube that is bent. If it's straight your alignment will be ok, if it's not then you'll need to adjust the alignment accordingly or replace the arm.

My guess is that you could simply use a front end alignment and a toe check.
