In the event I keep the Raptor 250 longer than expected, what is a good "affordable" suspension set-up?

I was on Ebay and found a LoneStar long travel a-arm/Elka stage 1 shock combo for $800. I guess a swap from a TRX400EX isn't really an option, ot that's what I got from the search of many threads.

There is really no cheap reliable suspension in my opinion...I would spend the money and get Fox Floats
