what do you guys use to torque the spark plug. a regular socket wont fit in the spark plug area. open end break away wrenches seem to be the only way to torque it down but i cant find one anywhere.

I have had no trouble with a regular sparkplug socket and a torque wrench. :3question:

hahahaha....never mind. come to think of it, im assuming u slipped the socket over the adapter that yamaha provided. I was trying to slip the socket over the spark plug.

No Yamaha adapter here. :3question: Just a socket and torque wrench.

I use a deep socket and have no problems. :thumbsup:

Wow, you guys actually torque your plugs?? I put em' finger tight most of the time, if my sockets are right there I'll bump it in but maybe only 1/2 turn. I have no problem with a deepwell fitting... Unless you have a 660 the plug is wide open on the side of the engine.... :thumbsup:
