I forgot the most important thing about buying any trailer, car or house. Each time when asked to sign any document put their pen in your pocket. Then when it's time to sign another line, they will scramble for another pen. Sign and put that one in your pocket. Wait for the next signature and watch him scramble each time to find another pen. It gets funnier each time, lol, haha, te-he!!
