After a new radiator install, i was filling and bleeding it. Once it heated up it was boiling over a little bit. So i revved it and that made the water come up and start gushing out. What would cause this? I did take it for a small test ride and it didnt overheat or boil into the overflow. I just have never seen a radiator with water gushing out

Water boils at 212 degrees at normal atomspheric pressure 13.7 psi. or 0 psig. water and antifreeze if you use it will boil at a higher temp when it is under pressure and that is where your radiator camp comes into play. Water will boil at less than 212 degrees if it is in a vacuum. Run 50/50 mix and your radiator cap and you will be fine. be sure to purge all the air out of the radiator allso.
