When the bike is in neutral, is making a grinding noise. Like its not fully engaged. The bike won't move. It just makes the noise. Also, sometimes it takes a while to get it into first gear. Does this sound like a clutch problem or a tranny problem?

Not really a story to tell. It started out by being really hard to find neutral for like 2 weeks. Then a couple of days ago it started making the noise. The only way I can think to describe it is likes it's stuck between gears

Is it a chattering like maybe your clutch plates? Is your clutch adjusted properly?

Your best hope is that the shift assembly has bent on the clutch side making shifting difficult - you'll have to remove the clutch side cover to see (and can check for clutch wear at the same time).
