:( Hey guys....so we went riding yesterday, and I had my first bad wreck on the 350....and of course, it killed her. Rim is destroyed (easy enough to fix) A-arm is bent, also not the end of the world....but, and this is painful even to type, my chassis is badly tweaked and the frame is buckled....

I know she's beyond repair, but I'm still considering buying a new frame (...and A-arm and rim) and rebuilding her. Anyone know where to get a frame and the other stuff/have one for sale??

She's a 2007 Raptor 350.

thanks guys.

I hope you didn't get hurt but get insurance. My friend crashed his 700 and as soon as the insurance heard he fliped it they just gave him the money for what the quad was worth stock and dollar for dollar what he spent in after market parts. You may get lucky and someone on here have a frame but like the other guys said ebay might be your best spot to try to find one.

yeah guys I'm alright, just banged up.

We were racing through the trails and let her rip down the straight away. Unfortunately thanks to the rain lately there were quite a few potholes...the track was pretty torn up with soft and loose dirt/gravel/rocks and ruts too. Hit a bump going about 50mph caught some air, all was good until the landing. she got real squirrely, tried to correct it but tires snagged the grassy edge of the trail and the bike shot off to the left. I went down to the right and faceplanted...my friend said i skidded/rolled/bounced about 20feet. shattered my visor and cracked my helmet, broke my chest protector, took a chunk out of my nose and gave me a black eye. cut and lump on the head. pretty bruised all over with dandy road rash on my back and arm. had to stitch my finger up too haha.

we went out to dinner after (and because I'm a girl I had to have a little fun with this) people asked what happened I told them he beat me ;) hahaha.

but thanks for your concern guys, that was sweet of you. So I'm ok, nothing serious. my poor quad :(

sucks to hear about your wreck. I remember the first time I wrecked mine, not a good feeling for sure. nowadays as long as I walk away it's all good...parts can be replaced and "upgraded"

That sucks. Glad your okay. I have some a-arms if you want to buy them. I can get them PCd to match your frame if you want, it would be extra $$$ though it would match up great.

You don't have to, a aftermarket axle is allways best but the spacers are fine.

what brand a-arms would you go with?
I've heard to stay away from full flight, and that ASR are best. suggestions?

It depends on how much you want to spend you have full flights and ASR and the cheap end I have JD performance MGCs which are in the middle. I'm not sure lonestars run and I think housers are at the top with being more expensive. There all good but it's all with what you want to pay and what type of riding your doing.

I do predominantly trail riding. I need something that will be pretty sturdy. Do you like your JD's?

Yeah, I got the JD performace MGCs so I don't have to worry about hitting the rocks but then I wanted to get some a arm guards made for them but the guy that was going to do them told me he couldn't due to the design. I got them from TQS and he was able to match prices so I got them at a good price. You can see them in the raptor of the month nomination thread I put up a bunch of pics so you can see what the MGCs look like. There's a few other manufactors that make the max ground clearance a arms but JD and houser make the better ones. If you don't have to worry about rocks then the normal a arms work fine.
