I found out I have the bad fuel pump and need to buy the new one. Any ideas where to get it from?

The dealer here won´t touch it because I did not buy my ATV from them.  BS but oh well.  I was thinking of NCYamaha.com.

Well if you don't mind used parts, you can check online to see if anyone is parting out a quad and buy from them. Hope this helps

I tried Troy Racing, its a lot more expensive. I bought My Raptor in Miami, Fl and brought it to Panama City, Panama. The dealers here (car and ATVs) are a..holes, they won´t touch anything that was not bought from them.

I did. First I talked to a lady and she was real nice. The she transfered me to a specialist that was a real a..hole. I explained to him the problem about the first gen fuel pumps and he was like I don´t kow what I am talking about. Then I explained to him about the problem with the dealer and he told be there is noting he can do. So my question is, why have a customer service line when you are going to be an a..hole and be absolutly no help.

I think you should call back and talk to someone else. Sounds like you just got a real winner that last time. Good luck!

I did call twice. The first time I got a laddy, she was nice and told me to talk again with my local dealer. I did and got nothing. Then I called back and is when I got a nice lady, followed by the jerk.

When someone starts to be an a**hole you should ask to talk to their superior. You will usually get a better response from someone that is not in the trenches.

PM me with your e-mail address. I will send you a scan of the actual Yamaha service bulletin concerning the fuel pump. Then you can ask the asshole at Yamaha if you would like it faxed to him. It is official Yamaha documentation.
