Hello guys, I had made some work on my bike, Bored TB, trimmed the rubber of the TB and going to install FCI... huge difference in diameter im very exited to try it how it performs but I have 1 question: The intake tube I got have only 1 port to connect the hoose of the TB and the crankcase vent hoose (AIS deleted already), can I use a splitter fitting to connect both hoose (TB and crankcase) to the same port in the intake tube? Thank you!

Hello guys, I just want to tell you I replaced the bearing, the seals and also the upper steering steam bushing and o-rings. I re-tight to factory torque spects my precision elite stabilizer and man, it made a really big difference!! I cant stress enough how much steering hits and moves I had on my handle bar EVEN with the precision elite stabilizer (set pretty hard also) when the bearing was bad. Now the stabilizer make a great job, the ridding experience changed about 100%.

In case any of you are wondering it its a hard job to replace thoose things, I can said it is not if you have the right tools. I dont have impact driver so a long force handle to loosen the nuts worked for me. The images have the part numbers so It will be easy and precise order for anybody. In case you dont already know, a great tip is: To take out the big retairer nut for the bearing I just put 2 whashers inside the nut and then I put a 30mm nut upon it, so I can fit a 30mm socket to make it loose and out. Not special and expensive tools needed at all!

In case you have a similar problem in the bearings or seals, and you are hesitating to do the job, just do it! You will enjoy it and see that it was worth every minute invested in the work.
Hope this helps someone, regards!

It’s a 795cc. 7mm stroker falicon crank, 105.5 bore, high compression, +2 stainless valve Cuervo head, 5250 cam, 54mm throttle body, monster exhaust, cryo treated and micro polished transmission, runs on e85.
Sounds like a monster!! It should be very funny to ride a similar bike. How often you need to rebuild engine? It becomes like some sort of YFZ450R engine maintenance or not? Thx

No reliability or early wear issues. Only real problem is chain maintenance. Have to clean/lube/tension chain pretty much every time I put fuel in it.
Good to know that. Too much power make the chain to come a bit loose after the ride? A stronger chain couldn't solve the issue?

Threw out my Yoshi single, threw out my K&N intake, installed the new FCI, wrapped + installed the new Monster Duals with shorty cans and uploaded the new Fuel/Ignition map from MrCuervoRacing! Busy day, but so worth it!

Thanks, still need to testride it tho..
I'm using the N-duro axle, N-duro was a german brand i think but the reason i wanted this was because it is a very thick axle, and they provide with lifelong guarantee. This axle in contrary to some others, will not bend the slightest bit and should something happen to it, you mail them and you get a brand new one, i'm really happy with it, one of the best mods i did for sure.
Wow, that´s a bigggg axle, looks like great quality, you have some many good things in Germany, and you can even drive on streets :). Enjoy your ATV!

Yes it's big but the ATV is for on-road use only, and yes, we are allowed to drive it on the street in Belgium. Thanks. (y)
Ohh I thought you was in Germany, since there are a lot of street ATV, sorry.

This is how you squeeze and free 3-5 HP more from your bike: Install graphic decals, instantly makes you push your throttle deeper and sooner :p 🚀

On the bright side, I’m recovering from injuries way faster than the doctors and physical therapist thought possible. 3 weeks since accident and I have nearly full use/strength back. Apparently most people would still be in an immobilization sling.
Also the raptor was over 90hp, so it was being pushed very hard. It’s always just a matter of time before they go boom. I’ve been pretty fortunate.
Very bad news from your injuries and bike. It's good to know you are recovering fine and fast, I wish you the best in the process!
