I'm thinking of buying an exhaust for my 2015 raptor 700r and I'm going to remove the spark arrestor. What do you think is the loudest exhaust?

All of the highest performing will typically be the loudest. Dasa, empire, Monster are all insanely loud. Just fyi, adding just a slip on will not add any power to these fuel injected raptors.

Loudest would be out of frame drag pipes. Mine have the largest megaphones on them I’ve seen and a 3” exit, could possibly be the loudest out there. Deeper tone than monster suicides but very loud.
Any shorty is going to be ear thumping loud (RP, Empire, DASA, etc..)

is it louder than the stock exhaust(without spark arrestor)?

All the ones I mentioned come out of the box over 100db, or very very close. And yes, they are very significantly louder than the stocker with the arrestor/baffle removed
Word of advice, an insanely loud exhaust gets old very quick. I like loud stuff, I have a sparks exhaust now which is one of the louder ones you can get. But it’s to the point where I wear ear plugs when I ride, it just gets old to blow your ears out every time you get on it. Also I’m not sure buying an exhaust just to be as loud as possible is a good mindset to have. I’m more interested in the tone of the exhaust, the performance gains, quality, and looks. Any aftermarket exhaust will be PLENTY loud enough

One last question. Will the sound be loud if I remove the muffler? (I mean exhaust)

If you remove the muffler and start the quad, you better have some ear protection on or you'll have a hard time sleeping for a night or two.

Theres also the possibility you won't sleep at night because you blew up your perfectly fine quad, just because you wanted to hear a loud noise come out of it. On a stock fuel tune, you'll be running dangerously lean even if it's only for a few rpms. Not worth the risk at all.

Any shorty will be 104+ dB (RP, DASA, Empire, etc) and most engine builder spec exhausts will be easily over 100 dB. The raspy ones sting my ears, but when they're deep it doesn't bother me at all. I ride in sound-sensitive areas, so I run a 96-98dB exhaust and it's still "loud", but it's noticeably quieter than shorties.
I have a twin Scorpion system that is pretty loud, not sure on the DB, but it's loud and got a nice deep grunt to it. I took the silencers off one day and tried it, sounded crap, but was insanely loud. If you want loud, get a straight pipe, will sound crap, but will be insanely loud.
