If you had a Yoshi RS-3 carbon full exhaust is on the way and just got $150 in gift cards to rockymountainatv?

Suppose you do mostly trail riding with one or two trips a summer to the dunes and an occasional trip to a back yard track along with drag racing friends once in a while...but mostly concerned with performance of the quad on the trails...
Mostly considering dropping that money in the engine...would you be with me in considering a stage 1 cam?



I guess I'm really just trying to make sure stage 1 cam sounds, to you guys, like it'll serve my purposes well.

Well jetting would be my main concern after adding a pipe, do you already have a jet kit?

Go with a filter kit if you don't have one and get rid of that restrictive airbox cover.

If you've got that, go for the stage 1.

Jets are cheap to buy individually, you'd need to buy a lot to come close to the 65-85 bucks they charge for a kit.

I have a k&n and modded the airbox a little bit.

Jetting is taken care of.
I went ahead and ordered the stage 1 cam from rockymountain.
total cost to me: $1.61 8)
