There is a temp sensor in the head under the thermostat housing.

Heres the long version. My raptor gave me an error code 51 (fan motor relay) and the fan wont turn on. I checked the relay by applying power and it not only clicked but showed continunity. The fan also works when connected to the battery and checked for 12v before and after the circuit breaker. The temp switch when shorted turned on the the high temp light. Out of ideas i went to the local dealer and asked the service guy (who was a complete jackass). He said the fan relay never goes out and the problem is the temp switch in the bottom of the radiator. I was thinking my radiator didnt have anything but didnt question him (old man). So my original question was. Does the 660 raptor have a temp switch in the radiator that turns on the fan? Im thinking he thought i had a 660 instead of a 700.
