have you talked to the people at the DMV and ask them why they aren't. if you go to what ever state they are leagle in and get it registerd then just sweet talk the DMV lady you might be able to do it.

I'm not so sure I'd want mine street legal. I'd be too tempted to screw around on it! My sport bike is bad enough....lol I have a budy with a supermoto bike I get to ride every once in a while, quite the wheelie machine! I know if I owned one my drivers licence would be gone!

mine is street legal in europe, damm I like it a lot.....drifting around, playing in the city, jumping roadbumps and rounsabouts, and take the short cut home (through the fields :grin_nod Only it cost a lot to get it legal. 3300 euro. Also I have a supermoto (streetlegal) to play around, but i like the quad better.

I would rather just stick to the dirt anyway,considering thats what they are made for.You would have to get street tires that would suck offroad.If i wanted to have something fun for the street i would just get a motorcycle.But to each thier own.

These will be streeet legal in the U.S. soon. But they cost $50,000. I spoke to the North American distributer in texas, and he said they allready did a demo for the DMV officials in washington and they called back in like 2 weeks to say they were impressed and there would be some sort of vote in 90 days. Dont quote me on that stuff , it was a few months back. but the response was faster than usual and seemed positive. Mabye this will open the doors for other 4 wheelers to be street legal. Man , I would LOVE to cruise down Ocean Drive on one of these things (with my chick on the back in a bikini) on a weekend or even on cruise by all the clubs at night!! Sick ! Im an attention hound !
