I went to crank it after I washed it down and it starts fine but andthing above idle it just breaks up and cut-off sometimes violently like the one-way which I just fixed is kicking back. I just went thru the carbs it is 100% stock. I unhooked the parking brake wire and it has no effect. What should I try? Gonna get a spark plug to start with

Common problems after washing is water in the intake and wet/loose electrical connections. The best route is to dry everything out first and then go hunting for bad connections.
