Hi guys. Today I did my first ever oil change, but i don't remember if I put the oil filter in the correct way. I was asking, can the oil filter be placed wrong or there is only one way to put it? Thanks.

The side with the nipple or slight extension goes in towards the motor. Not sure if it could be installed backwards and bolt the case on though.
