XC Tips

Anyone got any XC tips, Ill be racing in about 2 weeks, Still Trying to build up my endurance, ANY tips would help

get a twist throttle and jump rope alot to train for endurance!!
get some of those foam balls or grip strength trainer to work out the foreharms and hand strength to reduce arm pump and get lots of seat time. Get to where you can go aleast of a third longer than what your actual race time will be.
