try a small clear plastic seringe (sometimes found in kids medicine packages)
and a small piece of hose (remove the plunger of course) it seems to work

yamaha tool part number ym-01312-a 90890-01312 fuel level gauge?
Was checking out the factory service manule on this part on seting the fuel level. Can anyone reply some info about this tool and if I will ever need it? How much will one cost? Searched the net with no results.
