i dont understand why some of the fuel values are negative... such as at 2000rmps and 10% throttle running m416-003 it has a -1.... also doesnt the k&n let through more air, so would i have to compensate over the stock filter and bump all these values up like 1 or 2?

Well, that is only a 1% difference... hardly much at all. Air does different things at different velocities... who knows... at a certain speed the air might swirl or something just right that causes a disturbance into the engine... The main thing is look at the whole map... the big picture.
