this probably wont really help, but what i do is when just riding around i turn the compression 5 up from the lowest setting, and when on a track i turn them 5 clicks under the highest setting... and i just have the back end adjusted so it feels right... Ive only had it out a few times since getting the shocks and all i can say are that they are simply amazing
To recap, I visited the track the other day and found that about 9-10 clicks from the bottom was pretty good. Any less and I was getting a lot of nose dive and roll on the corners... but any more clicks and I didn't notice any difference.
I'll post more info as I fine tune them. I still have no clue what to do about my rear shock, because I tinkered with it a bit and noticed no change whatsoever.
