i have a 2006 700. i have a DMC dual exhaust which is two seperate pipes from the motor back. I have the yoshimura ems pim2 Computer now and I need to get the yoshi data box to do the full computer programing. My question is will the O2 sensor work even though it is dual exhaust?

I'd sell that and get a power commander with a map for those duels, then you will not have to worry about o2 sensors
Exhaust is still exhaust, whether it exits the motor in one pipe, two or more. O2 sensor will function properly in either of the two headers, just make sure you follow the instructions on how far back from the head the sensor needs to be.

And welcome to the site.

From what I've seen that Yoshi Pim2 is supose to be a pretty nice set up, with the data box it is real simular to and does everything that a Power Commander PC5 with auto tune does plus some. If I'm not mistaken with the data box you can adjust the Yoshi Pim2 without a laptop or if you don't have the data box you adjust it with a laptop just like the PC5. Please let us know how it goes and what you think of the Yoshi Pim2 I've been looking at it myself because of the fact that if you have the data box with it you don't need to carry a laptop around to make adjustments!
