Yep, it was like the new tb reset the Computer? Idk but now my fuel pump works.... now its like the decompression switch isn't working. It turns over really slow like its struggeling. The battery is fine.

You and me both! It is driving me nuts. Check your tilt angle sensor, fuses, relays, and wire harness.

I've checked all the fuses and lean angle sensor. Eliminated those as possibilities. The power commander powers on when I plug it into the laptop. I unhooked the Dyna ignition and put back to stock, also unhooked the PCV and put to stock with no results. I ran power direct to the fuel pump and it works. I unwrapped the harness and found nothing obvious.

Only thing left is to check relays, cdi, and now perhaps what you did!

Yeah I would check all of that try and find someone else with a bike you can swap parts. Check your grounds and everything. When you turn the key on does your dash light up for a sec or nothing?

Dash lights up but the PCV doesn't and the fuel pump won't prime. I've checked all my connections and they're good. All the grounds were good and the battery was fully charged. I know a couple people with 700's but they're hard to get hold of but I'll try and see if I can get their help.

Does all the lights come on when you turn it on or just the neutral light? Bc the tps and the sensor mounted on the fuel rail if they are backwards it will cause the fuel pump to not turn on and it will not give power to your power comander.

All the lights cycle. No the plugs aren't backwards on the sensors. The bike hasn't been messed with since built by Ken two years ago, I've rode it a couple times and that's it. It ran great last month. I stood it on the grab bar in the garage for a couple days three weeks ago because I needed to squeeze a car in there to wrench on.

I was playing with the LED light bar and the switch shorted against the bars for about a minute a couple weeks ago. Something happened when it was either stood on end or when it got shorted. I've stood it on end many times along with my other fuel injected quads and never had an issue so I'm guessing I fried something somewhere with the LED light bar.

The everything has power and when I went to start it its like the decompression switch isn't working. The motor is struggeling to turn over and like the battery is dead. But the battery is fine. I dropped it off at the local shop. That split the case for me. So hopefully sometime this week I will hear something. But the fuel pump works now. Not sure what fixed it?? But it works....

Ok everything works! Quads runs and nobody knows how the fuel issue got fixed or how the compression got fixed. But its fixed. Breaking it in this weekend, hopefully dyno next weekend.

Man, that was rough, must be the garage gremlins pissing with stuff on your bike.

Well everything is back together. Going to break it in this weekend and then hopefully get it dynoed next weekend.

Thank you!

Thank you all for this thread and this site! Been tearing my hair out trying to get wiring correct on a quad that I purchased that had been burned in a fire. I had to replace all wiring and electrical and been tearing my hair out trying to get fuel pump going and spark. Just by reading this is told me to check connections a throttle body and sure as shit I had them reversed, switched them and I'm in business. Thanks again!:D
